I have always been if you would say, a “foodie”. But for really really good food like McDonald’s. I think that’s why I love working out so much, so I can eat what I want! I definitely have noticed though, that the older I get, the harder it is to work off the junk I put into my body. So with that being said, I hope to share some recipes with you guys to help you on a daily basis feel, and look healthy!
