When we think of stretching, do we sigh and not want to do it? I know I do every single day. But did you know that stretching our bodies helps us recover quicker, and it’s just as important for our bodies to stretch, as it is to work out?! It’s the truth! Try these stretches in the morning to get your body going, or even before you go to bed! I can truly say with confidence that my body has been feeling better since I’ve taken 5 minutes morning and night to stretch!

So go outside, click here for a good 20 minute work out, and then get that stretch on (see pics below).

*note: hold each stretch for 15-20 seconds & do both sides!
